Who operates this site
This website (tareabox.com) is operated by Natalie Abadie (self-employed), based at 10 Censu Xerri, Sliema, Malta (EU). Contact for any questions, including privacy matters: hey@tareabox.com.
What data this site collects
This site collects personal data only when you provide it: if you join the TareaBox waitlist or subscribe to the newsletter, we ask for your email — nothing else. It doesn’t create accounts or store any other data about you on its servers.
It also uses Google Analytics, a visitor measurement tool — and only if you accept it in the cookie notice.
TareaBox waitlist
If you leave your email on the waitlist, we use it only to let you know when your TareaBox access is ready and to invite you to create your account.
- Legal basis: your consent (you provide your email voluntarily).
- Where it’s stored: in the TareaBox database (Supabase acts as the data processor).
- How long we keep it: until you receive your invitation or ask us to delete it by writing to hey@tareabox.com.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email only to send you TareaBox updates. We never sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.
- Legal basis: your consent (you subscribe voluntarily).
- Who processes it: the email delivery platform we use acts as a data processor, only to deliver the emails.
- Unsubscribing: anytime, via the link included in every email or by writing to hey@tareabox.com. Your email is deleted when you unsubscribe.
What Google Analytics does
If you accept cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: which pages you visit, what type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (country/city, derived from your connection — never your exact address) and how you arrived at the site. We use this only to understand how many people visit the site and to improve its content.
- Who receives this data: Google. Google may process it in the United States; the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Legal basis: your consent (the “Accept” button in the cookie notice). If you don’t accept, Google Analytics doesn’t load and the site works exactly the same.
- How long it’s kept: analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months and then deleted automatically.

Joining the waitlist or the newsletter doesn’t set any additional cookies.
How to change your mind
You can withdraw or change your consent whenever you want: cookies, via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of this site or by deleting them in your browser; the newsletter, via the unsubscribe link in any email; the waitlist, by writing to hey@tareabox.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent. Write to us at hey@tareabox.com and we’ll reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with Malta’s data protection authority (IDPC — idpc.org.mt) or the one in your country.
What about the TareaBox app?
This notice covers this website only. The TareaBox app (where you create your account) has its own Privacy Policy, shown to you before you sign up.
